اداره امنیت ملی افغانستان گفته است که گروه‌های تروریستی با تغییر تاکتیک جنگی، در تلاش ترور شخصیت‌های ملی و دولتی هستند.

شفیق‌الله طاهری، از سخنگویان این اداره روز یکشنبه، ۱۷ ثور/اردیبهشت به خبرنگاران گفت که این گروه‌ها همزمان با تغییر تاکتیک حملات مسلحانه خود، فعالیتهای تبلیغاتی خود را هم شدت بخشیده‌اند.

او افزود: "مخالفان مسلح با تغییر در اهداف عملیاتی و روشهای تاکتیکی حملات تروریستی شان می خواهند مراکز و شخصیتهای ملی و دولتی را، که از دیدگاه رسانه‌ها خبرساز باشند، هدف قرار بدهند تا از این طریق توانسته باشند توجه رسانه‌ها را به خود جلب کنند."

اداره امنیت هم تلاشهای خود را برای مقابله با مهاجمان و جلوگیری از حملات آنها شدت بخشیده اند.

به گفته آقای طاهری، در تازه‌ ترین مورد از حملات تروریستی بر اساس این تاکتیک، دو بمبگذار در تلاش بمبگذاری تالار جلسات شورای ولایتی تخار بوده اند که پیش از اجرای این حمله بازداشت شدند.

سخنگوی اداره امنیت ملی افزود که این دو بمبگذار مواد منفجره را در یک کامپیوتر در دفتر رئیس شورای ولایتی تخار جاسازی کرده بودند تا آن را در جلسه اعضای شورای ولایتی و مقامهای ولایت تخار منفجر کنند.

به گفته او، افراد بازداشت شده در اعترافهای خود گفت اند که این کار را به دستور مولوی نورالدین و قاری اسحاق از فرماندهان طالبان در تخار و بغلان انجام داده بودند.

شفیق‌الله طاهری همچنین گفت که افراد بازداشت شده گفته اند که در شهرک میرامشاه پاکستان آموزش دیده اند.

امنیت ملی از تغییر تاکتیک طالبان در حالی خبر داده که اخیرا گروه طالبان از آغاز عملیات بهاری در بخشهایی از افغانستان تحت عنوان "الفاروق" خبر داده است.
