وی بیان آنكه با این هدف، خانه­ نمایش در محله‌های تهران در حال شكل‌گیری است، عنوان كرد: خانه نمایش شماره دو در دل یك محله تهران(خیابان لارستان) و در بین بافت خانه‌های مردم تاسیس شده است.

دشتگلی خاطرنشان كرد: هرچند كه این فضا دارای محدودیت در تعداد صندلی‌هاست و ظرفیت كمی دارد، اما برای اهالی محل این امكان را ایجاد می‌كند كه بتوانند به راحتی در نزدیكی محل زندگی‌شان از یك اثر نمایشی دیدن كنند.

دشتگلی تصریح كرد كه بطور قطع این مكان‌ها می توانند كاربردهایی غیر از تئاتر هم داشته باشند، برای مثال گروه‌های نمایشی می‌توانند از طبقه دوم خانه نمایش استفاده كنند، همچنین كانون‌هایی مانند تئاتر سیار، تئاتر مدارس، تئاتر آیینی و سنتی و ... می‌توانند در چنین فضاهایی مستقر شوند.

مشاور امور معاون هنری وزیر ارشاد با بیان آنكه تاسیس این گونه فضاها در شهر تهران تاثیر بسیار زیاد در روحیه جامعه هنری كشور دارد، گفت: تاسیس این مكان­ها باعث گسترش فضای كار برای هنرمندان خواهد شد و این امر كمك بسیار زیادی به جامعه تئاتری كشور خواهد كرد و از سویی باعث ایجاد درآمدزایی در بین هنرمندان نیز می‌شود.

دشتگلی با اشاره به آنكه مهمترین هدف‌ از تاسیس خانه نمایش شماره دو آشنایی و نزدیك شدن شهروندان با تئاتر است، افزود: بزودی هیات مدیره و مدیر اجرایی خانه نمایش شماره دو معرفی شده و اجرای نمایش در این محل آغاز خواهد شد.
